Christian Library International provides books, Bibles and other Christian resources to prisons and jails.
The mission of CLI is to bring Christ to the imprisoned through gently used and new Christian books, Bibles, CDs and DVDs. Through these resources men and women find the good news of Christ and how to follow him. Those behind bars have plenty of time to read, reflect and rebuild their lives based on the solid foundation of Christ. Only God can change a life and give it meaning. We are pleased to bring this important message free of charge to our men, women and youth in over 1,100 prisons, jails, detention centers and prison hospitals. See the list of prisons.
Prison Chaplains
It is our privilege to work with prison chaplains and help them reach the inmates they serve. A single chaplain may serve over 1,000 inmates. Christian books and Bibles help the chaplain better serve his people. Since we rely entirely on book donations our inventory changes daily. We ship to chaplains who have requested the material 2-3 times a year. Chaplains distribute the materials in God’s calling and in accordance with their institution’s rules.
