The Author Dinner Fundraiser was a great success!
Our guest speaker this year was Rev. Aaron Johnson, author of his biography, Man from Macedonia. Rev. Johnson is a pastor in Fayetteville and a former head of the North Carolina prison system. His story is multi-faceted, but the theme of God's faithfulness overarches all. His mother went to battle every morning on her knees for her seven children, resulting in lives lived with a sense of destiny and purpose.
