We’d like to share some of our recent events, news articles and happenings in Raleigh and other areas as they become available. Christians are usually excited to hear about CLI and learn that there is an excellent place for their favorite books.
Join CLI on Facebook
Stay informed by bookmarking the CLI Facebook page. We update Facebook 2-3 times a week with chaplain and inmate comments and other news items.
PSAs
PSAs (Public Service Announcements) placed through magazines, newspapers, radio and television stations are particularly useful in receiving gently used books and Bibles. Plus recycling is good for our environment and saves CLI from having to purchase thousands of books. Even emailing friends and family is helpful in getting a good supply of materials for inmates!
Even smaller publications like church bulletins or newsletters are helpful in getting the word out. Blogs, Facebook, websites etc are also a good way to let Christians know of our work that changes so many lives. Perhaps you can think of other sources.
